The cooperative acts according to the principles of solidarity and intends to develop integration, assistance, counselling, support for people with disabilities, young people, students, newcomers, marginalised groups, socio-cultural minorities and their social environment with the aim of improving their professional skills, cultural, artistic, social, psychological and personal skills, in accordance with Article 3(2)(a) of RG 24/88 as amended, through the provision of services in the social, socio-medical and educational field, as well as in the cultural field of social interest with educational purposes (social cooperative society type a).

The cooperative intends to set up a common business structure in order to offer consultancy, support, training and services to citizens, institutions, private enterprises and cultural bodies, academic bodies, organisations, municipalities, provincial offices, committees, groups and initiatives through training, research, participatory methods, design and management of cultural activities, democratic, openness and inclusion processes, digital and/or analogue.

The cooperative aims to contribute to the creation of an equitable and solidarity-based society through mechanisms of:

• Integration and inclusion of all inhabitants of the local, national and international community without discrimination of age, religion or identity;
• reintegration of protected and/or disadvantaged categories within the work circuit through socio-cultural channels and media;
  
  
• information, communication, creation of debate and discussion around issues of social relevance through the artistic and cultural medium, both digital and analogue;
  
  
• scholastic, recreational and work training in a transdisciplinary, multimedia and multilingual key;
  
  
• innovation in the fields of culture, curating, agriculture, education, recreation, art and publishing;
  
  
• raising awareness of the difficulties and the material and non-material implications of the disadvantaged conditions afflicting marginalised individuals, belonging to minorities of any kind, about to re-enter the world of work after experiences of imprisonment, rehabilitation and/or vocational re-orientation;
  
  
• conception, realisation, communication, curatorship and organisation of every possible activity related to events, workshops, exhibitions, festivals, projects, schedules, congresses, biennial, triennial, quadrennial, conferences, symposia, research, reviews, studies, publications, websites, newsletters, publications, audiovisual productions, cultural and/or commercial services and the like with a social purpose and/or background;
  
  
• prevention of maladjustment and school drop-out as well as rehabilitation activities for minors and young people at risk of deviance or marginality and school guidance activities
  promotion of initiatives facilitating or implementing projects aimed at improving, through creative and/or artistic, material and/or immaterial, analogue and/or digital means, the health/culture pair, especially with reference to weak or weakened groups suffering from socio-economic and/or medical obstacles and complications
  
  
• facilitation at local, national and international level of educational and recreational activities for young people and disadvantaged groups to foster the will and capacity for international understanding and collaboration between individuals, groups and peoples as well as the promotion of equal opportunities between the sexes;
  
  
• cooperation with organisations, cooperatives and/or institutions active in the fields of research, awareness-raising and academic, industrial, publishing, agri-food and entertainment (theatre, music, cinema, reviews, awards, festivals and the like) at local, national and international level.
  
  
• Relief for the benefit of families and/or guardians, associations and/or private and/or public institutions devoted to social welfare through activities of a different artistic and/or cultural nature.
  
  
• Involvement in the cooperative's activities of young professionals or aspiring professionals in order to offer work and growth experiences as well as entrepreneurial activities in the fields of culture, publishing, art and recreation, especially in synergy with local, national and international companies and academic institutions and with the aim of establishing a dialogue between the social fabric of the territory and other circuits at a global level.
  
  
• Preservation of the cultural, historical, architectural, artistic, religious, book, environmental and landscape heritage, also acting within the framework of zonally targeted initiatives and with the possibility of involving companies, associations and the like active in the social, medical and/or educational sector.
  
  
• Promotion, planning and management, also by contract and/or agreement with public and private bodies, of prevention and maintenance services relating to the safeguarding and enhancement of the socio-cultural, woodland, wildlife and/or natural heritage and with the possibility of involving companies, associations and the like active in the social, medical and/or educational sector.

In order to realise its mutual purpose, as defined in Article 3(1) (type a activities) of these statutes, the cooperative intends to carry out the following activities, by way of example but not limited to

The cooperative may perform all legal acts and transactions that are necessary or useful for the realisation of the social and cultural purposes in compliance with the laws in force. It may acquire shareholdings in other enterprises, consortia and associations, for the purpose of stable investment and not for placement on the market, especially if they carry out activities that are similar and in any case accessory to the social activity. The cooperative also aims to set up technological development funds for corporate restructuring or expansion. In particular, the cooperative may enter into contracts to participate in joint cooperative groups, pursuant to Article 2545 - septies of the Italian Civil Code, with the prior authorisation of the shareholders' meeting.

1. Publishing activities of any kind, in particular, the publication of magazines, newspapers, proceedings, books, volumes, pamphlets, catalogues, websites, posters, posters and web pages, finalised in-house and/or on behalf of third parties.
2. Promotion, organisation and management of events, stages, exhibitions, debates, symposia, round tables, workshops and cultural and/or educational initiatives of any kind.
3. School and work training that promotes processes of integration and inclusion of all inhabitants of the community in order to counter discriminatory mechanisms in society and in the workplace.
4. Organisation, management, coordination and curatorship of cultural events and training, networking, promotion, mediation and dialogue activities.
5. Consulting, planning and development of participatory projects with and for local, national and/or international communities.
6. Promotion and dissemination of a culture of social innovation through socio-cultural study and research activities as well as participation in community activities and/or initiatives for schools such as PON and DAD.
7. Design of cultural policies and promotion of coexistence and social cohesion.
8. Promotion, organisation and management of independent design, communication and marketing activities.
9. Accounting, administrative, tax and social security assistance and consultancy as well as computerised processing of business data and the undertaking of typing, shorthand and stenotype work as well as data computerisation also for social purposes; Cataloguing and archiving of texts, papers, scientific and artistic publications, film and audiovisual productions, etc. produced, donated or acquired by the cooperative for public use
10. Designing research, residency, exhibition and curatorship activities that promote complementarity between culture, industry, tourism, science and art (painting, sculpture, music, installation, performance, theatre and the like) with a view to interdisciplinarity and multimedia.

12. Production and conception in the fields of design, photography, visual and/or plastic arts as well as graphic design of the image and text related to art and culture projects and/or related fields as well as printing, reproduction, photocomposition, analogue development in darkrooms, printing on textile substrates using techniques such as screen printing and similar.
13. Consultation, archiving, cataloguing, indexing and digitisation of archival, printed and digital material of books produced by or through the cooperative as well as any other analogue and digital content forming part of the cooperative's archives and library.
14. Revision, drafting, editing and translation of texts, drafts, essays, books and/or digital and analogue written content related to the activities pursued by the cooperative in the artistic, critical, social, curatorial and recreational fields.
15. Production, assembly, repair and packaging of various products with all kinds of new, recycled and/or recyclable materials as well as production, marketing and management of sales outlets.
16. Cultivation, sale and resale of food, catering, confectionery, beverages, food and other food and/or therapeutic products of a fair trade, organic, biodynamic, holistic and/or phytotherapeutic nature.
17. Promotion, management, commissioning and/or organisation of activities to promote mental health through exercise, pedagogical workshops, cultural enterprises and pedagogical initiatives with public bodies and/or private partners.
18. Retail and wholesale marketing, operation of a point of sale and online trading of products, artefacts, digital and analogue material as well as audiovisual and/or music.
