SOCIAL CO-OP
The cooperative acts according to the principles of solidarity and intends to develop integration, assistance, counselling, support for people with disabilities, young people, students, newcomers, marginalised groups, socio-cultural minorities and their social environment with the aim of improving their professional skills, cultural, artistic, social, psychological and personal skills, in accordance with Article 3(2)(a) of RG 24/88 as amended, through the provision of services in the social, socio-medical and educational field, as well as in the cultural field of social interest with educational purposes (social cooperative society type a).
The cooperative intends to set up a common business structure in order to offer consultancy, support, training and services to citizens, institutions, private enterprises and cultural bodies, academic bodies, organisations, municipalities, provincial offices, committees, groups and initiatives through training, research, participatory methods, design and management of cultural activities, democratic, openness and inclusion processes, digital and/or analogue.

In order to realise its mutual purpose, as defined in Article 3(1) (type a activities) of these statutes, the cooperative intends to carry out the following activities, by way of example but not limited to
The cooperative may perform all legal acts and transactions that are necessary or useful for the realisation of the social and cultural purposes in compliance with the laws in force. It may acquire shareholdings in other enterprises, consortia and associations, for the purpose of stable investment and not for placement on the market, especially if they carry out activities that are similar and in any case accessory to the social activity. The cooperative also aims to set up technological development funds for corporate restructuring or expansion. In particular, the cooperative may enter into contracts to participate in joint cooperative groups, pursuant to Article 2545 - septies of the Italian Civil Code, with the prior authorisation of the shareholders' meeting.
